Executing C++ programs

When executing a .cpp program you may get the following error:

Symbol not found: __al_mangled_main

In C++ the default arguments to your main function can't be left out.

int main(int argc, char **argv)

instead of

int main()

Setting the display position

The display is not opened at the position that I specified.

The display position is dependent on the display size. Set the display size first, then set the display position:

ts5_set_display_size(200.0, 200.0);
ts5_set_display_position(100.0, 100.0);
